I was simply trying to convey that deep sense of sadness Cloud(and if you`re like me, the player) experienced at the death of Aeris. It was simpler than I thought..in theory. The problem here was that the scan had her legs cut off; I ended up playing frankenstein and combining it with legs from another scan, and I know the interface point is a little shoddy, but that was the best I could do after hours of effort.

I dont draw, Ive tried and practiced and failed.

The second hardest part was doing convincing water, and ironically enough what I ended up with(a series of lighting, filters, light brushing and ripple effects) was purely by accident. Fortunately, I have the psd with alll the layers so I can reference it again. It really is good-looking water, best Ive ever produced.

The trees..the trees are Hax. Some people liked `em glowing like the Cetra forest, others dark. I eventually went with what I liked.

So..thoughts, comments, concerns, flames? I will, of course, ignore anything about the legs unless you`re offering up detailed, moron-level instructions on how to draw or vector in photoshop.
