The wall looks a little flat. That's the problem when you use textures overlays on scenry walls, it kind of mashes everything down and can cost the sense of depth, try using a layer mask to help relieve this. Adding some varying textures and contrasts might also really spice up this wall. You need to work on the text as well, it really doesn't fit the rest of the wall. Overall it's not bad, and I like the color scheme, but I feel this wall could be much better with a bit more work.
