Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Well well...it's been a while since I've made a scenery wallpaper... this time I made this wall for Evanrued, as a birthday gift....and it's a late one @_@"...Since Evan like clouds, the wall got alot of clouds. I didn't had alot of time and enough inspiration to make something special.. so I kept it simple. hope you like it.

Also the type of buildings are very fitting somehow.
Those lines under the text is weird though...and maybe you should have used a different font.
Anyways; it's open for improvements but a nice wall overall =)

Cool work. I like the clouds at the bottom and especially at the top since the swirls are nicely done. I also like the concept of this and how you put the character in the middle of a city scene. Quite a simple but beautiful wall. Awesome :)

The clouds covering her are a bit weird... maybe you could've made a lot more.. like a ring surrounding her or something XD... it'll match with the spirally clouds too. The clouds could use some contrast though, its all pretty light right now. Where the clouds meet the city, it looks kinda awkward, it seems like the clouds suddenly cover it. o__________o
...Lol. Funky clouds XD. Um... the color for Sakura just looks so... bright o_O especially for such a cloudy setting. Same goes for the lighting for the city. The scans look kinda low quality O_o It's really odd how the fog (?) that's overlaying the city in the back just sort of becomes one with the thick cloud-wall in the sky. You know about the really solid bunch of clouds in the foreground already. Just the way that you've arranged the text and stuff makes the wall just looks kinda off-balance to me @_@
Kino's Journey is a very surreal story, and the atmosphere of your wall captures that feeling. The old European city in the background is very fitting. I'm not entirely sure what the text has to do with it, but otherwise I like it.
