anyways, basically, i loved this scan to death, and i wanted to try something different with it thenw hat i was seeing. my original idea was scrapped cause i hated it, so i went for a different look. it's kind of like that escaflowne wall tate and i did, but far far crappier.
the scan was from nat (THANKS NAT! YOU RULE) who scanned it for me after all ic ould find was crappy versions that weren't big enough. it was printed on a newsprint material, so i had to cover it in textures to keep it from looking even crappier.
i havn't read lagoon engine, but i did some research and went for something i thought would fit. i will be reading it once it's released in graphic novel form stateside (which is soon, or so i hear)

what else to say...
ummm
it's blue. and theres water. and it looks a little off for a reason. it's supposed to be a little surreal, so the depth and such are a bit off. yes, it IS intentional.
