Scenery wallpaper attempt! Number 2!

Not much to say for this one, stereotypical anime character with sunset background with seagulls.

If you're wondering, I wanted to make it look like Cagalli was looking outside (actually, leaning on) the inside of the Archangel. I drew the 'wall' using some filters and perspectives, and changing the lightness. I tried to put a shadow on the wall. There's also a faint hint of a reflection to show that there is indeed a window there...

I think it's a good walpaper. I really like the sunset and the birds, but i think the water ( if it is water ) does not rally fit in with the girl in the wallpapaer. maybe you should make it a little bit brighter. But that's the only thing i don't like. all together it's a good wallpaper, as far as i'm concerned =)

Is the background a stock photo or is it painted? Because if it is a stock photo I must admit that it was edited very well. The whole scenery is nice but I think it lacks an original idea. Anyway the whole wallpaper is a good one.

The whole painting background is impressive. the only thing i dont like is cagalli's outline, which seems to look... i dont know the right word for it, a bit akward i guess.

Overall a good wallpaper, but I think that Cagalli is 'over expressed' with the effects. Otherwise, the background is amazing, use of colours excellent.

Both Cagalli and the bg look very much like a painting. It's very soft and warm. However, I didn't get the "being inside the Archangel" part until I read your comments. I thought that what you had meant to be reflection on the window was actually rays of sunlight peeking through the clouds. ^^; I do see it now, though. The water looks more like jagged steps than water, but that adds to the painting-ness of it.

I like it alot... it has a nice feel to it. I love the background. the contrast is a little eh, but its minor. AS a whole its very good. Nice job.

Nice use of filters, the background looks nice, although I think you failed in your attempt to make it look like she was inside the ship ^_^; When I first looked at it, and even now, it looks to me like she's on some road overlooking the shore and that she's up against one of those metal railings along side the road.

Overall a good wallpaper, but I think it is a bit empty, it seems like this is taken from the destiny opening but it would be nice if you could add in the strike rouge IWSP.. nice background like you said tho

Nicely drawn background but her the blue colour of her sleeve seems faded plus the scan isnt quite as crisp maybe a touch up of the scan will improve it ^.^

I can't believe how different this is to that wip you posted :/. I mean the hand-rail on the wip one was kinda, well, rubbish, but the final one is great. Top stuff :). Though I think you maybe cheated a little with the scenic side by grungeing it ;).
