Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

This wallI have made long ago is of the size 1024*768,the character scans were collected from the Hikaru Nogo artbook and the green leaves were from the website,I let the green look vague ,and added some alteration such as Gauss bluring to make the scan alittle bluring but more artistic.
Every day has a new sun!

This wallpaper has a nice background. The background goes with their hair colors. I personally like their look when they get old. There is a really bright color at Hikaru's hair. It looks like it is fading. It might look like a sunlight comes to that side.

The green colour matches really well with the scan, but the leaves stand out too much. By that I mean, the leaves look more realistic while the image doesn't. Its still very good though!

I like the green! the scan really sticks out and it could use some cleaning. the plants seem a little odd...the one on the upper left side isn't a realist size that would match the rest of them. also, the shine on Hikaru's hair is sorta random because of the other character's shadowings on their faces. notice the shawdow on Akira's face compared to the Waya and Hikaru, it's in a different direction. the leaves look alright, just a little overdone. there's room for improvements, but good job :)

I love the images you used. The green doesn't match that much...for some reason. But I do like the idea of the leaves and green! I do love Hikaru no Go...:)

Very mice wallpaper . . . you have use a nice scan . . . but the background is sooo green . . . and the leafs it is too realistic . . . and i think the plants is a little weird too . . . anyway, it was a good idea and a nice try . . . keep up the good work and thank you for sharing it. :D

Love the theme of this...all the green and stuff. I really like the summery/spring-y feeling I get from it...so lighthearted and bright. Makes me happy. ^_^ As some people said the some of the leaves look a little odd...and a little too realistic, but I like it much nontheless and it's not painfully obviously weird or anything. Nice job, overall.

I love the green, but it doesn't seem to "mesh" well with the scan. It's like you have these two totally separate elements, with nothing to really connect them. Still, it's a gorgeous piece.
