Fooling around with photoshop trying to make something not-that-usual and failing like every time, gawd i love this. ;p i didn't have ANY idea what to do with background, so i just inserted some random brush from squidfingers. -__-'' it's not perfect in many ways, maybe during the holiday i'll make version 2.0. :P

Hey i like your wallpaper, especially the background. but you could improve the girls. they look a little bit like in a comic.I can't until you updated it! :) the background looks interesting.

I actually find the bg quite interesting. I can see the dark blue sun in the background, and the other brushes look like tendrils of wind swirling around the characters. I can tell you put some sort of pattern (flowers?) on the characters, but like sasuke220 said, it makes them look like they came from a comic book. It also makes them look a bit grainy. I look forwad to the updated version. I think you may be on to something here. :)

You picked up a difficult scan because it is that 'flying scene' scan and it is difficult to find something better than the scan scenery already is.
So your alternative work is quite good with the abstract background but I would place them more in the middle because the right corner on the bottom seems a bit empty.

The scan definitely needs improvement... make the scan bigger and clearer and your wallpaper will be gd

The simplicity of the bg is nice, but the character has too much artifact and looks filterized... if only the characters were hi-res too :(

The scan is surely pretty. And the brushes in the background look good with the scan. But the outlines of the two characters are quite destroyed. You could draw them newly or just leave the filters out and vector it. Nonetheless the background suits the colors of Eureka and overall the wallpaper has a happy atmosphere.

Ohh, it's a nice concept. The wall has a feel of being lots of cut-out pieces of paper on top of each other :). I like it ... but as everyone else has mentioned the treatment of the scan makes it look grainey and low res.

I'd be tempted to do use a nice clean version of the scan.

It's very pretty, but the title is confusing... "ookami" means "wolf". I wondered if you might not have meant "big"--"ookii ni". Anyhoo, it's pretty!
