Hi everyone! It's been so long since I finished a wallpaper. I have so many unfinished ones but I managed to complete this one. I started this about a month ago and slowly added to it when I have time.

This idea actually came from a commercial I watched and luckily I had this Nana scan. I've only read one chapter of Nana so I don't know anything about the story. But Aiza Yazawa's artwork is amazing!

The scan was hard to work with. There were blurry edges everywhere! I extended the wires and created the factories buildings in the back. I deeply apologize for the butterfly. I wanted to try out making one so I didn't use a stock but any suggestions on that would be much appreciated.

I like on how the background is made. The background is a bit blurry and i like it like that. It gives a sort of view that consitrates on the girl more. I think that the wall would have been a bit beter if the wires and the bottom half of the girl weren't so blurry. The text is sort of hard to read. Maybe use a bit darker color for the font or place it on a different part of the wall. I like the butterfly alot. It gives me the idea that even when everything seems hopeless, dull, and lifeless there is still a sign of hope and posibility. It's sorta hard to explain on what I am thinking when I see this wall. I really like this wall, i think that it's your best yet. I am definatly going to fav this! I can't wait to see on how it looks when i download it ^^

I haven't read all of the first volume, but I like the feeling that his wallpaper has. ^^ Nice work! And I like how the butterfly kind of brightens it up a bit.

This is a very nice wall, I love the muted colours in the character and background. Having only the butterfly and her eyes in blue make them pop and your eye is instantly drawn to them. I've never read Nana, or know much about it, but this wallpaper definatly makes me want to know more. Great job!

Wow, this wall is awesome. I love how the rest of the wall is dull and gloomy and monotonic while you highlighted her eyes and the butterfly with blue. You did a great job with creating the simple background and extending the barb wire from the scan as well. Great job :D
