Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
First of all my hands is kinda sore from all the smudging and the outcome of this wallpaper is not that bad IMO. I was inspired by dhias' walls because she is uber talented at smudging and I felt like trying how to smudge xD
My computer ran slow when I smudge too much, so I had to choose a tiny brush and start smudging here and there and that's why my hand is so sore. I know to some of you this wallpaper might look ugly but I tried the best I can xD
I absolutely and utterly hate mechs but I found this cute scan from JINKI Extend and fallen in love with it! Isn't she cute? x3 She looks kinda out of place though, hope it doesn't look that bad. Enjoy this painting look-a-like wallie!! xD
Nice and clean. I like it a lot. Too bad the girl is placed too low in the picture, most of her legs will disappear in the start menu bar... But good is good right?
Looks very good. Nice choice and work on the bg. The scan doesn't seem as crisp as it could be. Maybe add some type of debris blowing by, something to show the wind is not just on the scan.
Overall, it has a great feeling to it.
The smudging is good. You either put texture on the scan or it needs cleaning. to me, the sky seems really empty. I agree though, the girl is cute! ^_^ +fav Keep up the awesome work because i love it! ^^
