While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Author's wise words
This is one of my favorite wallpapers that I have made. I used a nice scan of Ed walking down a lonely country road, but I thought that the picture would be more at home in a darker setting at night, in a gloomy forest. The wallpaper may seem dark to some people, but it was intended to be that way so that it could really be used as a wallpaper (providing necessary contrast between the wall and the desktop icons).

it looks gloomy, yeah, ed's face need a little more light i think ^^
*pardon me since i'm looking at it in small size.. ^^;
But overall, yeah it'll make a good background, not too much colour..
