Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
This wallpaper took me a while to complete because I had some exams to study for. But here it is.
The original scan was spread over 2 pages on a Japanese Newtype magazine. There were words and pictures on top of the scan and cut-off in the middle where the 2 pages met. Here is a scaled-down image of the original scan. Syaoran's arm is cut-off and there are feathers and words over the image. I spent 2 days reconstructing and extracting the scan.
I wanted to make this wallpaper to show that Syaoran's always next to Sakura no matter where they are, if any of you read Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle.
I spent over 16 or 17 hours total on this wall, I lost count. There are a total of 71 layers in Photoshop.

OMG! A really excellent work. All the hors were well invested, and are even more important if that hours were exam study time (shame on you! ;) )

I feel that the fog is too much in this wallpaper, and is used as a substitution over clear cut clouds in the sky. the comets are cute and i like the color theme, but it would've been even nicer if they had a sharper contrast against the sky. i also recommend not using photoshop default brush, but the overall wall is nice.
The re-cging looks very nice. I barely can't see a difference. The background is a real cliche. I can't see such starky backgrounds anymore but I guess it's a matter of taste. The mountains are way too simple but they look good with the gradient effect. It would add some shadows and highlights to the grass or make the grass in the back a little bit smaller. I hope you understand what I'm trying to tell you >
Awesome work with the re-cging, but the extraction leaves a bit to be desired. The hair especially seems eaten away. You could add a one or two pixel stroke and then clean it up a little more to fix it.
I must say I'm not really feeling the background, though. I'm kinda a bit sick of stars, moons and planets, tbh. Though there's nothing wrong with it, it just seems every wall has them in nowadays :/.
Kawaii wallpaper. Very nice Tsubasa Chronicle wallpaper. Great scene to take that from. Everything flows nicely together. Perfect background. Awsome job. Plus Favorites!

Oh.. what a romantic couple =^^= The sky is beautiful too lol but the forest behind is a bit plain, well, dark, um.. it should be brighter though :P Then if you could add in some scattered glowing dots there as some kind of insect, it'd be more romantic ^^ But it's just my opinion, nothing to worry bout, keep up the good work. Nice job ;)

I like this one :3 The stars in the back ground sky are pretty cool and I also like the multi-colour effect. Great job on extracting the image and reconstrocting it too.
