Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
this was a major clean-up job and play of colors.
i changed the colors around to make her look more dramatic
(light blue in the high-light of her hair, skin color, eye color.. etc.)
i also added the tears in her eyes,
and the smoke from the gun point,
text on the side of the gun barrel (my ID and the title of the series)
and text in French on the background.
the text is a line from a book called "Les Liaisons dangereuses"
i guess an English translation might go something like:
"My heart clenched in spite of me.
I took a disliking for everything, and I cried, I cried, not being able to stop myself."
"coeur s'est serré..."
this actually means "deeply upset"
but i quite like the literal take on the phrase, so i left it as "my heart clenched"

I personally like the tears in Kirikas eyes the most.
It's a sad wall but I think Kirika has always been a sad girl.
I will definitly add this to my favs.

Yay, I've seen and loved noir, but this one is the first "good" wall for it in my op.
Positive:
+ Hell of a big wall.
+ The back ground look really real, and still didnt make kikira look off.
+ I didnt notice that you put the origin of the catch phrase in the comment already. Damg, wasted like half an hour google for it, but it helps my understanding ^^
+ The title suits well with the rest (especially the catch phrase.)
+ And yeah, water in kikira's eye.
Negative:
+ Doesnt feel like the smoke on the gun (NO blood pls ;)
+ The quality of the scan is rather low (should be fine with lower res I guess)
Its rare to find a good Noir Wallpaper. This is definately one of the best I've seen. The BG looks stunning and you put her in a wonderful perspective. Simply put this is a wonderful wallpaper..Thanks!
What a wonderful wall.. Like it's a real photo. And for it from NOIR series, i feel a little pity cause it's so old anime now..(Hehehe..). But i still give you good comment because you deserve it! Keep your good work and hope it from a fresh anime... *LOL*

OMG! She's so cute. Innocent but deadly. Kinda reminds me of Stellar from GSD. The background's a little dark, but the picture fits perfectly in it. Good job.
