Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Well, here's a wall that's a bit different from most of our recent submissions.
Dark, moody, atmospheric - it's a nice wall that's subtley done. It could so easily have turned in to a messy riot of colour, but both the flames and character are given just the right amount of room to breath.
And speaking of those flames, I highly recommend a full-view to give them full appreciation. The amount of text might not be everyone's tastes, but I think the phrase perfectly matches the mood of the rest of the wall.
And all this from one of our newer users who took the time to make good use of session zero too - a promising start if ever there was one.
The flames aren't supposed to be 100% realistic flames. I used a grunge brush 'cause I felt that encompassed the way roy looks in the picture. The rest is just brushing etc.
Nice. I really like it. Makes it feel like the flames of Ishballa and all of Roy's troubled military past. One thing, I would not have written Fullmetal Alchemist, since it's mainly a Roy wallpaper, but that's just me.

the grunge brushes you used on the falmes was a very nice idea, also the depressed looking mustang is a nice choice
maybe the full metal alchemist should be changed into flame alchemist sice it' roy whose on the walli
just a suggestion though
