Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I made this wallpaper some time ago but it still did take a long time to color the manga page and make the background. The original scan is black-white: original manga scan

Critics + advice are welcome!

Indeed, I like the mood in this wall. Couple of things bother me. The poles and the wall look separated from the town background since they don't have outlines whereas everything else does. Also, the wall seems a bit too smooth along the edges, the texture is great but the edges don't reflect it.

All in all, nice.

Wonderful wall. Like the others, I agree with the overall mood of the scene, very nice. The only thing is that the perspective is a bit off. I think it mostly has to do with the wall that seems pasted next to the wall and on top of the background rather than blending in with them. I think that could be corrected by playing around with the shadowing along the wall and floor.

Its very good and great work with the scan however there is a few problems with the backround. The buildings need bigger windows it makes her look huge. Also you did so much texture work with the rails the polls and the buildings need it too. But thats just What I think. Love the mood rainin with the sun out!

Excellent job on the scan! I hope I can do that as well as you someday. ^_^ The only thing I don't quite like about this wall is that the merge from the floor to the stone rail guard could be done better, and the wood poles too. But besides that, the sky, the buildings, the scan, floor, and especially text are done really well! xD GJ, I like this wall a lot!

Lovely bleach wallpaper! fits the scenerio of the current series very well, although i dislike the cubicles in the bg. more feudal japanese building with roofs on them would've looked nicer and in more accordance to the anime. great job with coloring and all!

Hmmm.....great wallpaper. simple wp, light colouring, then we have the moth/butterfly. overall, quite cool!

This wallpaper is very nice... the mood matches with the bg very well... but the bg behind the poles (the town) doesn't really look right with the poles... maybe because the poles look more 3D while the town look very 2D-ish... just my 2 cent though...

I really like this wall. just the feel of it makes me happy. you can see a breeze in the curtainy things... i like that you put in the shadows for everything, i've seen a lot of papers without shadows that don't look right, but this is an amazing paper!
