As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
LMAO... If any of you had seen this anime, you'd realize the joke. There are only 12 episodes in LOVELESS all whose title ends with a "less" at the end. The character image is a vector of a screen shot I took that made me point and laugh quite a bit. I had asked my brother to do the vector at first since he said he likes doing these things, but in the end he grew bored and I took over and cleaned up after him XD So I'd say it was a 50/50 job with the vectoring and I finally learned to use the pen tool... @~1@ I'm SLooW.... -_-
BTW the shot is of Ritsuka when he is asked to join the Arts and Craft club that is overrun by girls or something.. Hence the title lol...
Nooo, I'm not the first to comment! Well, anyway, I just LoVE this wall! Like I said before, it's so freakin cute! Ritsuka looks funny there indeed...kyaa, so adorable I can't get over it. If only they sell plushies of him like this...then I can huggle him all night long (I'm not a pedifile, I swear XD).
Love the concept, love the screenshot, love the title (haha, Clubless...I remember that episode when they tried to get him to join a club :lol: ). The vector on the shirt is still a bit choppy, but that can be overlooked when the rest of the wall is so perfect *____* +fav (duh!)
