Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

It's no question that everyone loves Byakuya's Ban Kai... so here's another wall of it. I intend to make a wall of every state that Senbonzakura can take... XD I know the wall doesn't quite make sense in the lighting department, but hey,... -trails off-

This wall doesn't look as simple as it seems... o_o After watching the anime version of Byakuya's 1337ness, it reminded me (again) of how awesome his Ban Kai was and that I should keep making more walls of it... >.> So I dug out my manga, and found a suitable pose of Byakuya. I finally found it, except... it only had half of him in it. Solution? I drew the rest of him. >_> So, if you think it looks weird, you're right! I then took some screenshots of his 'wings' and drew over them. Finally, I made some glow-age, and that's it. Still, that took a whole chunk of my time... homework time. XD Nonetheless, making it was fun. The most fun was probably in playing with the hue. I have a pink version if anyone's interested. xD

Wow awesome wallpaper but i still prefer a wallpaper that shows the character and the actuall colors of their bankai but anyways this wallpaper is still good i mean the backgroundit ok and the why it looks is ok too so yeah that is...
This is one hell of a beautiful wallpaper. You did an astounding good job in the design. I think it is also pretty original and the choice of the colors is pretty good too (don't like pink wallpapers that much).
Whoa:O you drew him...i'm guessing you drew the right side ..because the sword and arm seems harder but more smooth^^'...but then the hair is hard too..hm..iuno...great job on that~! even tho it's only the shadow =3

Hey nice work great use of that shadow element giving misterius environment to the wallpaper, and also it gives a kind of afraidness of the caracter , that wings and ring of fire complements it very well thanks for sharing it.
Great affects on the wings. I like the fonts, though there is more text on the paper than necessary. It would be great if you could make one for Tousen's Bankai, Gin, or Trinity Blood. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work.
It looks simple too me - but it shows really somehow more atmosphere than many other complex walls. I think the letters are just the creme de la creme - so that they just give the whole excellent wall a final touch.
Yo there, the effect of the light looks grewat on it, it looks as if the guy has wings on his back, an gives the esfect that from the darkness cames light, good work
