Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

In those days, i'm re-playing that good old KOF 98, and that gave me the idea to make a wall with the most famous character of the SNK serie, Kyo Kusanagi (who said Mai Shiranui?! XD).
The original scan is from "The King of Fighters Zillion", i had to redraw it in order to overwrite scaning reflections, text and pages borders (the picture is on 2 pages).
Then i made it darker to fit with Kyo's feelings, and add a burning effect (all my wall are in flames... am i a pyroman?!).
Too bad, it's still a little dotted...

I really like the flame effect! The way you had that wrap around looks really nice. The wallpaper in general is a bit dark... which is fine, but some contrast would have added to it.

Sugoii! a burning effect again huh? but i liked it!! really reflected his anger. but at the upper-corner, it's darker right? you should lighten up that side too make it more alive!! and....the flame should be lighten up a little bit too. that will makes the anger more burning!

Great redrawing. I like the way you've done Kyo's eyes, in particular - the glow in them is just enough to make him look like he's on the edge (of sanity?). It's a dark wall, all right. XD

Definitely, this is hot. I think it'd look even hotter with some more yellow in the flames, but it's still awesome as it is right now. I don't think the text could have been integrated any better than how you've presented it.
