Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
I wanted to try something different with this.
My first idea was an oil paint but it changed a bit when I was making the wall.
I know, I know it's too blurry but that's the effect I wanted so I'm sorry
if you don't like it!

That looks really good and whereas I wouldn't consider it as an oil painting nonetheless its very good. I think it's better if you didn't state the effect you were aiming for..it's nice for us to guess what you have tried to create.
This feels like a really nice vintage wallpaper that you'd find in an expensive restaurant! The colours are so vibrant and lively I can almost hear the crickets chirping in the background amidst the rustling of the leaves!
Pretty, I like how soft she looks. I also like how she fits in with this background like she really is part of it. I love old style Japan art so this is another reason why I really like this piece. It tells a story and you captured it wonderfully. I want to see more from you.
