Alrighty, this one took a while to finish up although it's looks so simple.

First off, I vectored a screencap of Itachi I saved a while ago. I had to close his left eye (our right) and add some shadows..that might explain some awkwardness. All this was done by Illustrator. The eye was done in Photoshop, I had quite a few problems with it, and I hope it looks fine now. I wanted to put lots of detail into the eye, as it's mainly the focus of the wall.

Now, the theme is about when Itachi got the mangekyou sharingan. The tear is red, because it's the 'internal tears' of him grieving over his lost best friend. Though I doubt he actually cried in the anime, this is the perspective of his mind, where the dark side of him wants to claim power.
