My second wallpaper of the gang from TRC
scans were supplied from Georgie @ animepaper.net (thank you)

id like to thank all who commented and gave me advice on this piece muchly appreciated

well the longest part was extracting the scans...grrr
mountain range and water from a stock pic found @ stock.xchng (www.sxc.hu)
planet was something i created and star field was done by me (didnt want too many stars there...wanted it to be sparse
bg color was a reflected gradient of black/red

dont mind how it turned out actually
hope you all like it

That's pretty cool. A bit different from the other Tsubasa Chronicle walls i've seen floating around; different in a good way, rest assured. Though the characters seems a tad bit out of place? probably my imagination.

I think you matched the colour scheme perfectly, perhaps you could reduce the glow on the mountain or make it more diffuse. Also, another thing to note is the lighting. Perhaps some judicious darkening would make it more consistent (try a black to transparent gradient and use a diffuse eraser to erase the parts you want on the characters you want the light to shine on and perhaps also around the feathers. (The light source would be the glowing planet? Try to think where the light would fall from such a source on the characters) That would give the feathers more of a glow effect and make the characters blend more into the dark background.

Overall, it looks nice. There are few small slips in the extraction, and the same star can be recognized in several areas.
