This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
SUGOI! I like it! The flowers look a bit out of place. I like how you made the blue just come out of the section, but it does seem a bit too blue and there's not character to the blue. I like the grunge too!
Nice job on the grune, I like your color choices and layout on this one. I'm usually not a fan of the low opacity character image in the BG, but this time it works. Great job overall.

Wow! This is a really stylish and attractive wallpaper. I actually like the flowers; they fit with the theme of the background. The only element that I find jarring is that you see Tetsunosuke with a different expression in the horizontal blue bar; it clashes a little with his "cool," uncharacteristically calm expression in the image in the foreground. That's a minor nit-pick, though, and it took me a couple of seconds to notice it.
Great BG the only thing is the flowers in truth I think they are a little misplaced and maybe through one more of them in there other than that great wall for a start here
