Kuchiki Rukia, This wallpaper is mainly a cleanup and type wall. It took me a good bit of time to figure out some good text to fit this image. The rest was just adding some lighting.
I believe you that extracting the character was a pain but I think it was worth the effort because the result is very cool. The background is not that great but that's not important because the emphasis is put on the character.

I really like the coloring on this wallpaper,all the bright colors really reflect Misuzu's nice, kind behaviour, good job!i can see your style of wall is with high brightness. sometimes it's not good at all. It makes the wall a little blurry, not sharp. that's what i think.

A small thumbnail view this wallpaper appears to be very plain and not very attractive. But at a closer look, i can tell there are subtle details on Rukia's face. Everything is very simple and to the point which is nice for a clean desktop. Great Job! Keep it up..
