This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
@Damo: Well when I click on it to sign it in, it takes a while to load and then a message appears saying "click troubleshoot and we'll repair the problem" Doesn't tell me what the problem is after.
Well, if you want to know more then I'll be available through PM or MSN, whichever is best for you. Rather not go further into on the SB of all places. =P
This is my first vector work. I wanted to make something fun, so I used a screen cap of Kakashi reading Come Come Paradise (lol!). The top part of his hair was completely cut off, so I drew it in myself. Originally it had a simpler background, but thanks to comments in Session Zero, I decided to vector in some bamboo trees. The hardest part was drawing in all the details and symbols on the book cover. When I created this, I wanted to vector in an uncommon way. Hopefully, you guys will like it!
Oh This is preety awesome! This is creative, and something new. I love Kakshi so thats a plus and i like the way you vector it. It came out awesome. =) Keep it up.
I have no idea why some people are saying stuff like "not bad". It really displays the humour. ^^ I think you did a VERY good job. I love the concept of the whole "messy" image. Really fits Kakashi well. XDDD
Cool background, the whole wallpaper has a different style, youy did a good job but i think the font is a little simple and that you could have serched for something better
LOL Somehow, I knew that someone would eventually make something like this of Kakashi. I like it. It really displays the perverted mind of Hatake Kakashi in his fullest perverted sense. I like the bamboo; they're unique and really fit in with the work. I like the vector of Icha Icha Paradise (Come Come Paradise), the book. It looks really good! LOL XD
This is a very interesting wallpaper. It has a new style to it that others just don't have. Everything looks pretty good, except for kakashi's hair.. It's just.. not bushy enough. XD
Hahahha awesome wallpaper yeah its good i mean i like the way the colors are and how its like a huh i dont hoiw to say it mmmm anyways good wallpapers i hope to see more of your work ^_^
Yeah it's a very nice style of vectoring, the colors are vivid and th bamboo sticks fit so well as a bg with kakashi. I agree that the text could of been more, maybe try an asian style font like wasabi?? Just to fit in with the bg a bit more. Despite that it's a job well done, great work
Haha...its kakashi wit his favourite book!!
The title of this wall is perfect with the wall!!!
