This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.
The whole wallpaper didn't actually take too long... It was the scan that I had to mess with. But I tried to make this look simple so...

I like the simplicity. The scan is nice. I like the stripes, and the red color when it comes to the Saiyuki black and white pictures. I'm just confused on why you name it 'Peace and Blood'. When has Sanzo been about peace? He's always shutting everyone and everything... Hehe... Back to the main point, I like the simplicity. ^^;;

Well, I can't look at the fullsize right now but based on the thumbnail, I love how simple it is. The red of his wound is also a very nice touch. Good job! :D
Sanzo is so sexy. I like his eyes very much. When I first saw this wallpaper, The sentence that came into my mind is 'Please shoot my heart. (55+) I was so surprised with my thinking. Thank you for sharing your wallpaper.
