After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Goal
I just wanted to make Byakuya look even more cooler than he already is. I hope I succeeded too. XD
It took me quite a long time to make this wall. Originally, everything wasn't slanted. But then, it ended up slanted. <_< Due to feedback from various people.
Originally, in place of the fence thingy was a like..a seaside wall, but I failed at that. Yeah, so it took me a while to figure out what I could do with it. The beach took a while to figure out, mainly because the tutorial I was following didn't quite make sense. So, I had to improvise.
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it. I know, its the wrong time of the season XD. The thing that I'm most unsatisfied with are the clouds. I had to revise them many times.
I probably spent 10-20 hours on this. Yes, I suck. I think there was a total of like 120 layers.
Last but not least, thanks to all the people who gave me feedback: w00tazn (even though he only said less than 6 words), Zeth (for giving me feedback right before his lan party), aibuster, bantam, hawk16zz, steamedtofu, and all the people in Session Zero who helped turn my crappy wall into a not-so-crappy wall. Sorry if I miss anyone out.
edit: Many people have been asking where I got the scan to vector Byakuya from.

it truly is an eye opener....lol
already he's cool and now your making him irrisistable....
this wallpaper is simply great and awesome....
the 1st impression i get from it was that it looked like a bleach postcard or something...lol
however, i do find the slanting fence a little weird, like it was at a wrong place or something
other stuff, its picture perfect... :)

You allmost... nvm NEVER see him in normal clothes and wow he looks well... normal. i really like it. one thing that bugs me is that when i look at it the angle seems odd... but other than that good job I like the casual* feel of it. Any other cool creations coming soon>? if so yay!
This wall is nice and simple, and as many of the others said, it's not everyday you see Byakuya not ready to kill somebody, I like and it makes me want to break out into song......

SQUEE! Love! Love! Love! Pure LOVE! I love Byakuya! Drool... The scan is great, but the vector itself could still use some improvements moreover on the face. It seems as if the lines of the vector seem a bit thin and unsure. The slow progression from sand to water is really good! The clouds could use some work, but overall: great job! XD

I think you can still improve the clouds and the sea. try using stock photos and manipulating them so it would turn out good. other than that, i think you have a potential of being a really good waller.
