This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
So as you see I vectored a genarally small manga scan, colored it and added soft patterns. I decided to leave the wall with no shadows because it looks better this way. The grassy hill is obviously not centered as I didn't this to be a typical wallpaper.
Obessed with bleach, eh? The wall is really nice and bright, not depressing like the view through my window <_<

Excellent wall! Vibrant colors for a dreamy,summer look. Newfoundland also has extrememly cold winters, and im dying for summer to return as well! Mainly because my birthday is june 22nd :P Back on topic, great wall, im favoriting it~!
I like how everything is nicely drawn but don't really care for the colors, as they don't really have any texture. So perhaps haveing some textures in next time?
I love bright and sunny walls. ^^ It looks great, though you wanted it to look like they were walking on the ground, right? It looks to me like they're floating.

it looks pretty...odd.
