This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Hee...finished another wall !
OMG, I love Hiro-sensei's artwork so much !(especially for this one ^.^)
Really not a special wall b'c it's rather simple !
My usually style is dark wall, so this time i want to try a bright wall ^.^
It concluded about 40 layers and one hour !
Thank for all your comments and fav*
Finally, hope you like it !
Very pretty. Love the magical and heavenly feel to it. The sparkles/stars by the columns are nice touches and I really like the clouds. This looks very pretty overall. Good job ^^
It's good. pretty nice actually. it's just that the clouds look to "stocky" to me as though they were obvious stock photos. probably using the dodge tool and a little help from smart blur would do a trick or two about it.
the floor tiles look awesome... cascading pilars are a boo though. it needs some work.
Soo sad............... the Angel cant be Prisoned by the Destiny............ y?
well..................the wallpaper is great....... i apreciate that..;)

Very pretty wall! I think you've done a rather decent job with the perspective too. A few things I would change though... I think if you added a texture to those pillars it would be nicer, and it may seem more real if you kept their bases more thoroughly veiled in the mist. Perhaps have them more symmetrically layed out and less random.
I hope I don't sound too critical, because it's a very pretty wall... I just want to help you get better!
Ah nice scan and background. the pillars look really awesome along with most of the background. some parts of the ground could have been made better i think. stands out alot at some parts compared to the entire wall. it has a nice airy feeling.
I have a feeling my avatar has the same scan, for some reason ;)
Never seen the series, but I love her position. Good wallpaper, though I didn't really like the text and some of those poles looks kinda... disturbing o.O
