As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

Ye mouton knows all ;) I am still a newbie with vectoring programs. In my journal is the progess so far for my Inkscape and AI project. The main difference I noticed so far is that in AI the pentool is editable at all times, in IS it is a different tool

I vectored a screenshot, that i liked very much and if you like the basic vector just tell me and i will post it here, so you can make your own wall :D All custom brushes in this wall are made by me, hehe!I recommend you put your yellow icons on the side with Athrun, because there are some yellow glowing things and you put your blue icons on the side with Kira, because it is more blue and pink... ^_^'Hope you like it! I love it! athrun and kira looks really nice in this wall. i haven't since a wall that has both of them together for a while...or maybe it's just me ^^" both of them looks so hot! rawr. XD i love the roses on athrun's uniform. =) gorgeous work! keep up the amazing job. ^^ adding to fav for sure.

i'm a big fan of the gankutsuou style. i even kinda emulated it myself on my wolfs rain wallpaper.
even though it's been done before, i havn't seen it done with gundam seed, so good for you on that.
my only real gripes on it are the fact that the text isn't really good at all. it's not helping the wall. i'd either redo it, or just scrap it. that, and the quality of the wallpaper seems rather low. theres some jpeg artifacting that bugs me.
but, overall, i like it.
also, the vector could use some work on the varying lines. they're all uniform, so they look unnatural. it's not too bad though since most of the lines are lost in texture.
