4-5 hours, including adjusting, and 2 more days after wards making final twitches and the color adjustment.
Please take notice that this is no all high effort wallpaper, it is a wallpaper made with one thing in mind, Brush whore style, a set of these wallpapers will be released here if the response may seem in any way welcomed here in AP. As I know you people favor high quality walls, I hope that I meet the notch. I know...I know...i didn't go for Session Zero, I am betting my papers for this one, so yeah, bash me while you still can.
Anyway, take notice of the Background, there is approx 50 layers, each shape was individually arranged and matched, approx 3 adjustment layers so i adjust the colors and tones and the text on the upper left are all just random. The focus of the wall is semi-messy, which unlike the others, this one is slightly cleaner, with the clean cut scan and unique olive color hair.
I spend lots of time trying to figure the arrangement for the shapes of course, so it is something I am satisfied with since they are all where they should be (to me)
The overall feeling is good i think, oh, and one more thing, the extraction was already ready done in PSD's inside the torrent, which makes the wall a fix and there overall, but it still took that many hours and that many days to figure it out.
I feel this is great for me, so i wanna hear your C and C. thanks.

ZOMG, this wallpaper is total pwness. I really like this wall even though i dont know anything about this anime. The colors match perfectly and the way you used the brushes is really good. The texture also gives it a nice dark, grungey feeling. great title too. ^^ +favs
It would be pretty damn good if it wasn't for one thing - the extraction. Over on the right sige of her, especially towards the bottom there's a lot of the white border left around her edges, which isn't the case over on the left. tbh, for me it kinda spoils the wall :/ and I'd really look at tightening it up. For good extraction zoom right in to about 800 times and use the polygon lasso tool to remove what you don't want. Work only with high res scans and do your extraction and image cleaning at high res before shrinking for use in the wall.
Also, btw, I think the file has been re-saved at a lower res by the system, cos there's quite a bit of artifacting. Use save for web and set the quality bar to about 70%.
Whoa! I like the background. Looks cool. The only thing I don't like is that white border around the chracters body. It would look 10 times better without it. But still, it's probably the best wallpaper I've seen in quite a while. @_@ Definitely adding it to my favourites... Good job.. ^-^

Wow! this an awesome wp! i love the colors and the intricate design of the bg. the character is kinda sassy looking, cute costume :P (but you do need to get rid of that white border and resave it as web, etc)
Wow, this is truly a work of art! The background looks great and really works well. Good color scheme and the scan really fits with the background. With all the wallpapers I see everyday when I visit AP, this wall really caught my eye.
One quip I have tho. Even in thumbnail view, the character's clothes are pretty grainy on the edges. It's even more noticeable in full-view. If not for this little nitpick, I'd have had a new desktop background. I'll keep a lookout if you decide to come out with a new version of this wallpaper.
Murakami suigun... I don't remember this illustrador or does not animate... but... I like much this wall... convination of green with black very well... sugoi... and maid I see itself very pretty... I like much this to wallpaper... greatoooo..

Very nice indeed. 1600x1200 - I like. Vectored and clean - I like. The only thing I don't like is that the background seems to show through on the white parts of the scan. Other than that, great wallpaper!
