This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Ive made this a copple of months ago, took me 3 hours, made by Paint Shop Pro 8 and Photoshop 7... its a simple wallpaper...well still learning as i move on ^_~

i just messed with the effects, vectors and PS brushes. the background and sparkels came out good.... well not bad for a simple wallpaper...
so what ya think? good? ^^
There's a lot of artifacting on the wall - which is not really that surprising as it's only 97kb. If your file you uploaded was bigger than this then the sstem has automatically re-saved your file.
It's done this because the file you uploaded was too big - this means you set the quality too high. We reccomend you use "save for web" in photoshop and set the quality bar to about 70%. This will ensure a reasonably sized file with little to no artifacting.
Wow,this is simply awesome.I never see too many Tenchi Muyo! wallpapers,especially with Ryouko,she's my absoulte favorite.This is very nicely done,love the colors,and the japanese text you added.I also really love this picture of Ryouko that you used.
Wow, now that's a side of Ryoko I've never seen. It's not bad but very sexy like hehe. I like the colors surrounding ryoko. Also I like the little matrix effect it has in the background. So...ya I will agree with everyone that Ryoko is a sexy beast =3.
