First off: excellent work with the bg as usual, GundamZZ.

But that "flare effect" as some call it is this wallpapers best and worst element.
It's the best because it is special and there aren't many people around who could do something like this, but it is also the worst, because it has a certain organic look which makes it the only element of the entire wallpaper which doesn't perfectly match with everything else: it just looks too different.

Anyway, I'm going to give this unique work of yours a favourite.

Yes, though I may be an ass on IRC. I can't stress enough on how freggin' amazing your work is. First off the choice of scan, ugh just so very lush and so adorable. The thumbnail in itself just looks so heavenly, but wow inside you really outdid yourself. Not only such high detail was paid to every part of the scenery, but the coloring is just gorgeous. Though bright, it still isn't to a point where it hurts the eyes, more of to where the eyes take in the beauty of the light. The water droplets and the ripples in the water, ugh its just so visually stunning. I honestly would of considered having a hard time to put in that special enviroment that really compliments the scan, but you had no problem at all. The right side of the wall is what really stole my heart. The trees are so perfectly done, but the whole area just has such a fantasy feel to it and is so magical. The addition of the butterflies was also a wonderful touch to give it that special something and overall you ended with a product that just leaves the viewer bewitched by its beauty. Favorite of the day for me hands down.
