This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Marcella, if you're older that's just the reaction you can expect from your parents. They think it's okay for a xx-year-old to do such things but a older person should know better. That doesn't mean they love you less ;)

After re-watching it I went over here and saw that there were no CHIBI GINJI wall..
No offence but most of em looked kinda ...Yaoi :P
And like a message from the heavens (or hell xD)... my trusted wacom was staring at me...
"Vector chibi Ginji~~~~" it told me..
So I took a screen cap and vectored it
And here it is.. No special uber details or anything, just a damn cute Ginji lol ...imo <.<;;
You might wonder what the "Chaos itself" on his T-shirt is all about,
well Makubex ones said this about Ginji the "Thunder God"
His very existence is an anomaly, Ginji is more than a number, he's chaos itself.
And after seeing ginji in chibi mood that seemed so wrong xD
And one last thing.. I made two versions of this.
Here is the "Chibi Thunder God" version of him.
But if I'm honest the grass lets it down a little. It looks very regular and parrallel - like you used the motion blur almost. There's a really great grass tutorial on devart I've used (but can't remeber where ^^) - might be worth asking around in the resource group to see if anyone has a link to a good grass tut.
Oh my gosh! This is just too cute and funny at the same time! XD I have only started watching Getbackers and this wallpaper is just so cute! XD It's so dramatic in a chibi way also! Keep up the great work!
This has to be the best Get Backers wallpaper i've ever seen. i can't see anything wrong with it. i did kind of wonder about the flower, but ohh well, this is so damn funny.
Yes chibi ginji is what made me laugh throughout the series it was one of the best things about the anime hahaha needless to say I love this wall since it totally reminds me of the series and how ginji would turn all chibi and does his dance hahaha thanks alot for the wall its so cute ^-^
