This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Well, here's my second Air wallpaper, this time featuring Kano. I went for a kind of landscaped look, with the gateway and forest in the far back and slowly moving forward past Kano to the wheat stalks in the foreground, and I figured doing it grunge style really couldn't hurt either. Overall, this wallpaper really took a long time, I kept going back and changing things and I was also forced to do a bit a re-cg to get the character image to fit properly (like removing Potato the dog from the picture). I just want to thank Kalico for all her great advice and help she gave me while working on this wallpaper. Wow... That's really good. I like the foreground effects. The background seems kinda flat though. Maybe darker colors near the columns would add depth... Well, that's just my opinion XD. I still really like this wall. Nice work! +Fav

The background and Kano look great and look like a lot of time and effort when into them, but I don't think her facial expression fits at all with the background.
Nice Air wallpaper. I love that you chose her as your stock image character. Great colors and so vibrant. I like the magical feel as well. She looks like she glowing. Almost like the glow of fairies. Great wall, plus favs.

Nice wallpaper ^^ Love the magical effect in it :) but I still think there's something missing.. :P maybe the background above is lacking and if you put in more wheat grass there it would be a golden meadow lol but you need to lessen the brightness of the wheat grass XP Well, that's my point of view lol No need to take it seriously :) It's still a nice wallpaper ^^
