This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

A quick grungey wall i did of rin. pretty much all i did here was put in some stock on factories in the back, then play around with some textures, blurs, and overlays. the font used is alice in chains' facelift font off of their self-titled album. the lyrics are from the song of the same name from Bushs' album Science Of Things.
Gonzo knows where you live.....

I like how dark and gloomy the atmosphere is. You choice of stock pictures is very good. And the rain effect if well rendered.

Her eyes looked too dead (guess that's the grunge look) and the picture is just a tad too dark. Especially around her face/hair.

Everything else works.

Nice scan with a creepy background and atmosphere that suit very well.
Love the gray color theme ^^
The factory in the background does look a bit too real, but I kinda like this mix with the grunge, anime scan and real photo.
Your titles are often nostalgic for me, when you choose lyrics of groups I was listening to some years ago. It makes me think oh yeah this song was cool lol ^^

T_T You always make such great wallpapers.. Once again.. you did a great job. You did a good job on the text. I don't really like the way you've used all those texture on the characters face, though. It kinda spoils the effect. But either than that, you did a good job in capturing the mood. It looks good. The background looks nice.

Dark, cold, moody, silent, lonely...just PERFECT!! Absolutely love the feel of the wall, i like this kind of atmosphere (what's that called again, surreal?). Awesome, great colors too by the way.

The wall looks great. It reminded me of the Cowboy Bebop opening. I just get that kind of feeling from it.

Very nice grunge wp. it's not very often that a wallpaper looks nice in greyscale but you pulled it off. the slight effect you used on the bg/character really suits the wp, i don't normally like wps where the effect is on the character but it's really nice.

I love the dark feeling to the wallpaper!
The texture looks really awesome with the wally.
The factor gives a nice dark feeling to the wall and also the dark clouds or smoke or whatever they are.
