When I saw this scan, I just wanted to do something with it rigth away. Because the quality wasn't all that great, and it was kind hard to extract a picture from a red backround, I traced it (vectored if you will) in Photoshop. Longest darn vector I ever did, took me the week to complete...
I took so long on the vector, that I just didn't have any ideas for a backround. Some folks in session zero suggested that I should go in an abstract direction. Wich I did, or at least tried to do. I actually traced some tribal tattos I found on the Internet and blended them into the backround. I found some inspiration in some of the wallpapers here also. All in all, I'm rather proud of the messy yet stylish look I gave this wallpaper.
I hope some of you will like as well. :D

Well, Roy is one of my favorite character in FMA, and this wall is totally reflecting his coolness in a stylish way. The monochromish layout gives the entire wall a sleek look, and matches well with the sharp vector, though I think you can add a bit more contrast to the abstract scheme (brighter whites in some areas).
The arrows might look a bit random, but it's okay, because the text is nicely placed in it.
Overall, this is one of your best FMA walls to date, IMO. I'll surely put this in my fav box.
Oh, one more thing, can I have a bigger res please? ^_^' LoL.
Great work with bg.NIce use of grunge and vector brushes. Great combination.
Maybe you could gave cged the cropped shirt but that seems minor.
And I really like the grunge feel to the wallpaper!! ^O^ It really matches well with the scan of Roy! I didn't even notice it was Roy either =P

the good thing in this wall is the lack of shadows (nice!) and the black colors :)
