While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Anyhow, I'm too lazy to type the details over again, so let's copy-paste from what I said earlier:
I finally managed to finish this wall!
After going through about 6 or 7 different backgrounds, this is the one I stuck with.
I'm not sure if I'm totaly satisfied with the "final" result, but if I make any changes whatsoever, I'll be sure to update ;)
Layers: 38
Time: 5-6 hours
Oh, and Kira and Lacus are completely vectored. Time: 5 hours
Original can be found here. I got the scan in a big Gundam SEED scan package, but I can't remember from where! I remember the site being a dark color... if anyone knows what site I'm talking about, please tell me!

technically speaking, i really think you can do better than regular filters as this wall kinda has that, "i'm your everyday wallpaper" kind of thing to it.
but the execution is very fine, the concept, though rendered by many other wallers, this one truly depicts the mood of love.
