This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
My boss's wife is from China and I heard in some cases they could barely understand each other, if at all, between villages... orally anyway, not sure about written.

Hm... I had to fix up the scan of Marona a bit, but I think it turned out alright. I tried to mimic Harada's coloring style for the background. I can't really say if I failed or succeeded with that one, but meh. |D Enjoy!

I think you captured Harada-san's unique style; the softness of the background textures look perfect. I love how you kept it so simple, walls with too much text spoil them for me. Definately marking this one as a favourite :)
