After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I didn't mean for this to turn into a background at first. This picture of Rukia jumped out at me while I was reading the manga, and I had to color it. Poor Rukia. Stuck in a tower with only an execution to look forward to. I wanted to capture some of the feelings of frailty/breaking apart/here-today-and-gone-tomorrow. I liked the idea of using butterflies, not only because they fit the theme, but because they represent souls in the Bleach series. Finally, I added one of my favorite lines from the opening second song, "I will save you and your fading smile." (Yay, go Ichigo!)
I like the artsy effect on Rukia, but it seems overdone, and rather looks like a LQ scan, maybe you should've bolden the lines before you colored it. :\ You could've probably done more of the same effect on the background, too, then it'd be awesome.
I like very much those walls with the characters in a really big size. They are not easy to do. I like the scan, the color and texture of the background, and the font and the butterfly. Very good job.
This has an amazing design, and awesome colors. I think it could have something more to it- not too much details or things that'd make the wal chaotic and messy, but subtle little things like texture, layers... (love the white outlines by the way), and something more with the text? not sure what's missing- it looks great the way it is but I can see something added to it to make it one of my favorite wals :)
I love Rukia^^ but she looks so sad and troubled in this wall..I love the coloring job that you did... the way you left small parst white is nice and I love the brown background and the butterfly on the side by the pretty text is very well done...it's a nice image for such a pained person...I love her emotion and fighting spirit..and I can't help but love the way you captured her in this wall...A+ Great Job...thanks for shareing it (*^_^*)
Totally agree with meth's comment... her outlines need to be fixed up, and you might consider either adding some sketch lines to the background or making the bg patterns a bit more distinct/more stylized; I'm not too sure about the large font/text either, but yah, the outlines definitely need more work...
I like your choice of colors, the muted brown really helps to create an atmosphere of brooding and silent pain. Nice background, the song lyrics are unobtrusive, I guess you intended for them to be subtle. I'm not too crazy about that vertical pattern on her shirt, though.
Hmmm... You could of done the scan a bit better because of the outline looks rough.
Anyways, the theme and the butterfly you thought up does kind a match with the overall mood in bleach.

Nice one! it looks so cool rukia looks kinda deprsing if you as me but it's a match rukia's emotion and the background fits perfectly great job i'll git it a... 8/10 earned a fav^_^
This is very pretty especially the colors you used and during Soul Society arc Rukia played quite the tragic heroine, but she is one of my fave Bleach charas, you found a nice image of her melancholy expression and you colored nicely, but I do think the outlines are a bit too sharp whereas everything is soft, overall though it's a great job!
