This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
@Damo: Well when I click on it to sign it in, it takes a while to load and then a message appears saying "click troubleshoot and we'll repair the problem" Doesn't tell me what the problem is after.

Wah!! so cute!!! but.. there is one problem XDDD this is not Pita Ten.. this is Digi charat.. Rabi en Rose if you didn't see... so its true that koge donbo draw both of them.. but they are really diffrent from each other.. "OO anyway.. I like the background ^^ but that picture of rabi en is not so good.. there are better.. the grass is.. ah...weird "^^ and even the wallpaper name is "DIGI".. so why did you put it in pita ten?

Not bad at all for a first hand-made wall. I didn't really like the grass, since they just seemed kinda dull and didn't stick in well with the bg. Maybe a blending change could fix that... but I did love the star background and scan quality. :)
