Bigger resolutions, new vector, newly re-painted background.
So I finally got my hands on that famous screen shot and the first idea was "why won't people just make a wall out of that?"
I really liked the original screen shot so I just recreated it. Both Ed and Envy were vectored in Adobe PhotoShop CS2, the background was both smudged and painted with my Trust tablet.
Ed and Envy looks so damn hot!
The characters are really well vectored and I like the background too. ^_^
The sky effects looks beautiful and fits perfectly with the vector.

The colour scheme & lineart looks awesome (ROFL@the expression of the green-haired girl), however the rocks in the background are really lacking - they look too compressed/with artifacts (on the right at least). Make them bit less sketchy and it'll be perfect! :)
Wow, nice vectoring job, it's so nice and smooth. the two of them are very striking, they really jump right out of the screen at me. the bg is nice and bright, with the boulders(?) adding just the right amount of contrast. some birds would've been nice in the bg but overall i really like the work you did. very nice! :)
I copy Samia-chan's comment when i type "Ed and Envy look so damn hot!" and i totally agree!! the colours are also well done -not to mention i adore anything fma anyway- but this is an all over very nice wallpaper thanku for posting it ^_^

I actually liked this one a lot more than the other one I've seen somewhere else, since the latter has darker mood and tad plainer bg.
A bit of an oddity for me though, the back-lighting seems to give off a 'glow' effect to the landscape in the bg, so I think the character should also be softened a bit, to fit the mood better... but, well, that's just me nitpicking. :P
THe rest of the elements and composition is top-notch.

Looks like I really need to watch the Full Metal Alchemist movie... haven't had the time to wait for that torrent to finish though. Overall your vector is amazingly clean and well done, the background seems just a tad low quality though, but that isn't a big deal... awesome wallpaper anyway. Great job Dioma!
The shot of the two is great...I mean one would have to go though the dvd severl times in order to get the right screenshot that you've placed here. Besides the strange look that Ed has, this wallpaper captuers ones eye with its bright vibrant colors that leaves you awstruck.
