While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

mainly because i'm lazy and i slowly worked on the vector of haruka.
originally, it was just an outline of haruka, so i did the colors and halftones myself. i decided to go with the halftones for the whole theme of the wall, and thus, this wall was created.
the entire thing is done in illustrator. i think i created like 30 pattern swatchs for the various halftones. ummm...it's a vector, so pretty much i just used the pentool.
thanks to whiteblaze for trying to find me an explosion to help out, and to shinn for actually finding me one.
thanks again to blaze for helping me out, as well as my partner in crime, taters and evols.

The vector is perfect, halftone always fits with haruka
flawless, I odn't know what to add XD
n.b. Is it just me or does Haruka really look like she's holding a rice bowl x_x?

as for the halftones, I actually hope for more variations in size and style, but since I can't do this wall style any better than yours, I think it's sweet enough the way it is now XD
THe vectors are crisp and stylish. This entire wall also has the 'funky' color hue that's really fitting to the theme, tho I think a bit of saturation increase would be nicer.. (it'd be interesting to see the vespa in its striking yellow color, and haruko's hair's poster-pink as in the original anime).
Overall, once again a very high quality work from you, Kalico. And lol... I've also been thinking to make a wall from FLCL series. Now that I've seen yours, the urge is kickin' even stronger. XD
Great anime, great wallpaper, and superb vector works. A definite favorite.
