This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Again, spent far too long on this one. This time, it's a widescreen wallpaper from the series Air, which I'm completely addicted to again. It was originally a screenshot from the anime at 711x400 I think, so I scaled it up and vectored it. Decided to shade the lines according to the colours of the different bits of the characters. I think it came off better for that.
Have you even bothered layering the whole thing? *Colour-wise*
I DO like it, But remember - The lines are only catalysts to a vector piece. A mere support so you can get an accurate positioning of your colouring layers. But nice, nice. ^_^
I understand what Altered meant but I kinda like it the way it is. Kinda gives it a certain quality I like for this wall. All in all very nice. Can't imagine usig this wall anytime in the future being that its a widescreen but still good enough to keep.
Not all that bad, but in my opinion, it pales in comparison to your previous vector wallpapers, in many ways actually, the vector is good, but in compare with the depth and character of your other vectored walls, this one is kinda plain and sort of not as much appealing, probably because of the lack of some outstanding factor?
I am talking in comparison to your To Heart vectored wall, like that one, you can really see the difference, and the way you made it was perfect, this one however, well...it still looks like an enlarged screen shot...no offense, it is not as good as I expected from you. Practise vectoring more and start using shape lines rather than the path ones you currently use. Also, 1920x1080 is the wrong reso for widescreen lcd moniters, you should be making 1920x1200 (16:10)
Hmmm I can't really understand the complaints about the wall... exept for the strange resolution, but... It looks very nice, and I think it's pretty impresive that this actualy came from a screenshot... I was thinking this was from some sort of poster... also I think the blandness of the wall really added to it's appeal... at least for me

I believe you that extracting the character was a pain but I think it was worth the effort because the result is very cool. The background is not that great but that's not important because the emphasis is put on the character.
so, it's a highly recommends wallpaper if you love beautiful girl. The goleden colour is beautiful to. Then the smile is... ah, so cute.thats awsome i love the colors and the effect of the sun on the feathers way da go good job
I really like the coloring on this wallpaper,all the bright colors really reflect Misuzu's nice, kind behaviour, good job!i can see your style of wall is with high brightness. sometimes it's not good at all. It makes the wall a little blurry, not sharp. that's what i think.
