Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
There is not much to say, I finished this old wallpaper sometime ago before I ever touched any downloaded brushes.

This was is made from scratch, there was no plan, all of a sudden i just wanted to wall something so here goes.
It is quite a new style then, since all was about smudging, making shapes, and then touching abstract all round.
I made this olive/ silver/ blue version so it is different from the MT one.

the girl is from one of those unknown characters in the Megami Monthly magazines, so i figured it should be in Cover Girls (as in on the magazine cover girls )...unless I am wrong, correct me then.

Hmm..very pretty if I say so myself. =] The only thing I dont like is the butterfly things Im guessing you did with photoshop. I think itwould look nicer without in my opinion.

Nice wallpaper. The abstract addition is quite the feature. I don't really agree that the girl and all the other illustration feautre really match each other. But all in all, it's still a great wallpaper. Keep it up.
Wow, this wall is so nice. Doesn't look like it needs preDownloaded brushes. I like all the shapes and the contract in colors from the Bg to the character. Great Job.
