This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
First off, I apologize for the bad title. >_> Somehow 'iStrawberry' just didn't cut it.
That aside, I'm happy with this wall. Since the Rukia Ipod wall turned out pretty well, I thought it'd be neat to do one with Ichigo. This was lightly based off the Ipod commercial featuring Wynton Marsalis. I had some fun with vectoring the lines, and especially had fun with the items behind him. I vectored the Shinigami symbol, and applied some filters to give it a worn look. (The strawberry was a stock image I just applied filters to.)
I realize this theme would have worked better with Rukia, and vice versa... but I might make alternate switched versions on my site. (If I ever get a new host...) I might make a Renji one to sort of make it a 'set'...

This style is very charming,both balck and deep blue are cool colors and they blend well,the shadow of your character looks pretty in this wall and the effects are simple but very suitable,in the whole it is good,please keep it up!

I love this wallpaper. It's really nice that the background is more than just a solid color. I think the strawberry is kinda weird, though. Especially since I think Ichigo's name stands for something besides strawberry...
Finally a wallpaper with Ichigo and an iPod. I've been wanting to see one of these for awhile. It looks like he's just sitting around listening to some tunes.
I like what your doing with the ipod wallpapers. Instead of something one dimetional and plain like the normal ones, your adding some very good flavor to the style. Its coming out great.
