While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

There is definately alot of emotion going on in this wp. i like how you did batosai's face with the scar that never seemed to heal. the blood on the surroundings as well as the scars on the rest of him show a recetn battle just there (obviously), bringing the emotions and lack there of that take place during battle war with the emotions he often feels when left to his own thoughts. nice job
A dark but colorful wall...I like the simple composition with just the character and the screen
The character looks pretty blurry in comparison to the wood though...it might help to either soften the background parts to make them look more painted or have more sharp outlines on Kenshin...especially his hair

I absolutely *love* what you did with Kenshin's eyes. They really reflect the evil of the manslayer he was back in the days of the Revolution.
Wow. That was my first reaction upon seeing the full view of this one. The way the character is slightly blurred didn't really register in the thumbnail as well as the full view, but it looks excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. Very good work on it.
Very nice! i actually can't remember what the bg looked like before but this version is very pretty. i still feel that he's alittle too blurred but that's ok. it's a nice dark wallpaper so it's easy to get away with it. lol, damn you for using those textures :P i'm working on a wall with some of them in it. it's a good site, lots of nice patterns.

The whole wall looks so charming,the blood effects you added on the window look so realistic ,so nature,the color you selected as the main color is good ,too,giving a expression of blooody days,and the scan is good,keep it up
The Rurouni Kenshin ova's are great, good to see more wallpapers from it. The slideing doors look great, although the char scan is a little blurry. Still, looks very nice!
Oh my gosh, this has just become one of my favorite rurouni kenshin wals ever. I love the 2-Dness of the background, how its clarity contrasts the scan's blurriness, the quality of the wal... and the hotness :D
