Our highschools have their own "specialty programs" the school i went to was a communications technology school, we had all the "fancy" technology stuff. Such as advanced computer classes and equipment. This year we got brand new computers.

So after 8 weeks of not submitting any new wallpapers (not old)
For any of you that dont know my laptop broke and I just recently got it back,
At that time I didn't have access to Minitokyo , so thats the reason for ....I guess my dissapearence, lol.
When I got my laptop back I saw that I had over 900 notifications so Im not going to reply to anyones messages or comments (even GB messages) so Im soo sorry :(
Now back to the wall.....
Theirs nothing to say excep that it took 2 days and that I used like 3 different scans......2 of them were from the manga scans.
I used tons of glitters because I wanted it to look like a mystic or like a crystalie place..If you have ever watched SailorMoon then you know what I mean :)
This is trully impressing, although its composed of little more than a few belnding techniques not anyone can pull off an appealing version of this. The sky is a little too busy for my taste and the castle is misssing that surreal look that it craves. overall its a nice wall though.
Having the castle in the distance means the castle should be blurred a bit, but the character seems blurrier- Making me think the focal point is in the back. XD But nice one it is. ^^
Great wallie, it's been quite a time since the last time I see a nice Sailormoon wallie, the background look really amazing, especially the castle and the planet Saturnus, the stars also look very good, the colour also looking nice and fits this wallie, the scan look very beautifull and clean, and it's fits with the surrounding really well. Great job and thank you for sharing
This is just so amazing! I love it! Especially the star effects, they're so subtle and elegant. And the whole mood of it is really cohesive, from the look on her face, to everything else, it's like she's saying "welcome to my world, isn't it beautiful?". I could easily imagine that scene as coming from the distant past and the kingdom of Saturn back before Queen Beryl launched her attack on the universe. You did a truly remarkable job. Going into my favs for sure ^_^
Woah, impressive. I like the background! It fits in well with the Sailor (geez, I forgot her name, sorry! Saturn?) But you did a REALLY good job on this one. ^^ Everything looks so luminscent! ^^ Starry like, if I may. It's a beautiful Sailor Moon wallpaper! Very nice impression!
Wow! i haven't seen a sailor moon wallpaper in days or MONTHS! this one is really really good! Sailor Saturn is my favorite sailor scout if you wanna know! so the graphics and layers you've done is really nice! it's a big PLUS! The contrast went pretty well with the scan. what i don't understand is the mansion? lol. whatever. it looks like she's welcoming someone to her world. *FAVS*

Awesomest Sailor Moon wall!!XDXDXD The wall is awsome, great, beautiful, wonderful, lovely, mystical, & very well done! The character(lol, I forgot her name,) is very pretty & beautiful!! mm..is she sailor Saturn..? I allready forgot^^; The bg is very mystical & beautiful, the castle is very lovely but could be better if you blurred it a bit^^ The stars are very lovely & beautiful, & also teh planet^^ Awsome job!!
