When I saw the scan for the first time, I knew that i would definitely wall it.
The girl looked mysterious and kinda sad and i really liked her pose. xDD
To me, the scan shows the moment, when the girl turns around and notices the waller behind her. xDD
As you can see, i used some Photoshop brushes for the magical circle on the ground.
It's the first time that I ever use them. Actually I don't really like Photoshop's original stuff, most of them are really bad and ugly.. x___x

The scan is of gorgeous quality and I love the position she's in as well, beautifully extracted and it looks just gorgeous as well *___*. I love the effect the spell begins to take on her dress as well and it's just so very realistic as well, a remarkable improvement from the original if I do say so myself.
The background is where the real magic is happening. My gosh, Yina, what you did her just leaves me speechless, you really have progressed as a waller and as an artist and this greatly shows it right here. Just a beautiful landscape and such a perfect angle as well, truly capturing such a unique perspective in perfection. Quite a bright moon if I do say so myself, almost seems like the sun but I like it nonetheless XD. As for the scenery, quite a unique choice of location and a great setting as well, though to be honest it's almost as if she's on a beach in my opinion, or else my eyes are playing tricks on me, but it sorta seems as if she's located on a beach and just spotted the viewed behind her while she was casting a spell. As for the spell itself, beautfiul beginning casting effects done and it just is truly a gorgeous work of art right there, it really gives off such a vibrant impression that she is in mid-casting when she suddenly notices the viewer spotting her. Beautifully done there and the effects on her dress is another thing I really like as well. You just did a flawless job with this background; scenery, sky and spell. I applaude you for a job well done, Yina.
What can I say? I love this background, I absolutely love everything about it. I think it's perfect and I personally wouldn't alter any of it, of course others will disagree, but this is my personal feeling of it. A favorite for me as well.

Anyway... it's a cute wallpaper, overall, but yes the scan still looks a bit grainy in a few areas (the dark ones) which need to be cleaned, and the magic circle looks too fake which causes the girl not to blend at all with it since the two elements (girl and magic circle) don't seem to be connected at all. That's probably due to the fact that the kind of scan you chose is clearly painted, so it'll never look that sharp while the magic circle is absolutely sharp and flat... try softening that circle as much as you can using blur, smudge, or repainting it with a soft airbrush (making it more intense in the centre for example, that might help blending her feet with the circle itself) just try a few of these tricks because right now it looks pretty odd (atleast it does to me, since the others just seem to give 'wow' kind of comments >_>; ).
That's it. I like the rest and the concept ain't that bad (though the typical magical girl and magic circle is one of those 'old' cliche, but whatever it's been a while since I saw one of them anyway :P) so just focus more on blending that thing, provided that you care about comments of course. If not, amen. :P
