The amount of patience, hard work and an eye for quality is what defines this wallpaper. Character is painstakingly vectored off a real life toy image with references to screenshots. Despite the difficulty level, ~pvc24 still manages to nicely depict the image in anime fashion and yet able to find the mental strength to come up with a background composition that is both aptly fun and pleasant in atmosphere.

but mostly coz i thought of putting a red heart on albel's errr tanktop xD then everything just went into place
the BG was just blue earlier and thought it looked empty so made it stripes which i always wanted to do so, yey!

i wish kalico all the happiness on her bday which im sure her family, friends and evol will provide >xP~

Oooh, Albel. Great job on the vectoring, and this is quite an interesting way of setting up this wallpaper. The way the blue is set in different colors gives it a very clean simplistic look. This is a great wallpaper for not it being a manipulative sort of Star Ocean wallpaper. Kalico loves Albel, so she'll love this is a birthday present. Happy Birthday! And again, a great wallpaper that deserves a favorite.
The vector is a little too sharp and theres some quality issues, also the wall overall isn't very creative or amazing...but I love it, mainly because of the character which was the sole reason I finished Star Ocean 3.
Blue isn't helping Albel looking any more masculine, he's such a pretty but sexy boy. xD Hawt hawt wall and vector is awesome. (Wish I could find a word instead of awesome but my vocab is limited right now x3) The heart idea is cute and I bet a million of girls will try to press that heart. Too bad they're not Kalico. the wall. And Happy Birthday Kalico! :D
Wow!! there aren't very many Abel walls out there, but this is definetly an AWESOME one!! ^__^ I like how you said you made it blue to make him look more masculine. . but I don't think Abel CAN look masucline. . it's the whole he wears a skirt thing. Despite the skirt, he's very cute and sexy. I skimming through the comments I noticed lots of Abel fangirl(boys?)!! yay!! Anyways, I like the wall.
