This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I'm finally done! YAY! This is my first Bleach wallpaper that I've made. It features Rukia from this scan. I just vectored the image to make it a little clearer because it had a weird paper texture to it.
The idea for this wall came from a screen shot from the series that can be found here. It kept the basic idea of the screen shot so...it looks pretty similar. But I really like the perspective that the wall is on...even though it was really difficult to use. But I like the final result!
Thanks to the people who commented on my wall in SZ! And especially to trismugistus for personally helping me. I'm truly grateful <bow bow> And for the butterfly brushes that I used...the credt goes to Scully7491 at deviantART.
As for the title "Butterfly Dreams"...I feel as if I heard it somewhere else before. If I took it for someone's wallpaper...I'm REALLY SORRY! I didn't mean to. But I think that it fits the wall anyway.
As for how long it took me to complete this...I would say about five days with all the details, but it really only took two days really do.
this wallpaper is realy good,
the background is simple and nice.
rukia looks good.
the butterflies look like they resly look, and it's good.
only the leaves doesn't match the other objects in the wallpaper.
but still its a very nice wallpaper.
Really nice vector ~ the colour scheme is very pleasing , and yeah , its a nice perspective x)
though transparent butterflies dont look good , =P its not natural-looking . the leaves could do more details , and I prefer if its clean , meaning the airbrush-y like outside the outlines making it a lil messy looking .
but overall , its a nice wall ^^ keep it up k ~

Wow this is really a lovely wallpaper with Rukia..shes one ov my fava charchter and bleach and you just used this scan and a gr8 way ^__^

I like the perspective quite a bit, and the color scheme is eye-catching as well. The contrast between Rukia and the rest of the scene makes her stand out that much more. Definitely a good one!
Beautiful. The vector is nice, and I like how you bent the shadow of the window lattice: very nice touch. The perspective is very convincing, and not an angle that's seen often. Love the shading of the leaves and the texturing of the scene, too.

earth is in the midway of heaven and hell
