Beautiful job done.. but the font is to big in my eyes hmm. ^^

It's a beautiful bright wall and the texturing on the fence is particularly good. I can see you carefully tuned brush dynamics for the cherry blossom tree :P
But if you look at Lacus, she has distinct shadows and you should have done the same with your background, because at present it does look a bit on the flat side. I'd add shading to the fence and shadows cast by the upright stakes, and use a combination of gentle burning and overlaying of a darkening layer on the cherry tree to add shadows to the underside of the canopy. Sorry if this sounds extensive.. if you like the message is 'add shadows :P'

I think you should lose the grass in front of the character. And lessen the petals on the tree. And add shadows on the petals.

And keep on making good wallpapers. :)
